Each piece is one-of-a-kind or part of a limited collection, depending on the fabric we source. To minimise waste we hand-cut and produce our garments in small batches.
We partner with sustainable fashion brands to carefully source high-quality fabrics that are ready for a loving new home. Our collaborations are with brands that share our commitment to sustainability, ensuring that every piece not only reflects our values but also supports a more responsible fashion industry.
We are committed to maintaining high quality. Each item is personally inspected, and we only select natural materials (linen, cotton, or blends).
As the fabric type will vary and we may not know the exact composition, we recommend a cold machine wash (which is also better for the environment), line drying, and using a cool iron. As with all new clothes, please wash before wearing. To extend the life of the items, mend them if needed, and when you’re finished, consider passing them on to friends, donating, or recycling.
To maximize sustainability, we use combined sizing (2-3 years, 4-5 years, and 6-7 years) so each piece can be worn longer. Please see the sizing chart for more information. Some items also feature multiple buttonholes to adjust as the child grows.
Please refer to the Fabric Weight Slider in each product description. A rating of 1 indictaes a very light weight fabric, whilst 10 is a heavy weight fabric.

Shipping & Returns
We ship domestically in Singapore and internationally.
All orders are dispatched within two business days. International orders can take between 2-3 weeks. Please note that any import duties, customs, or local VAT are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, we accept returns! Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and undamaged. To return a product please email natalie@ngaia.com for guidance on the process and return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
